Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

All payments are subject to the following conditions: –

The description of services of match making are specific to your need, when you log in with your unique password. Normally payment is required in advance (i.e. before you commence your activity).

All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. The  ATME College of Engineering reserves the right to change the fees at any time.

• Your payment will normally reach the ATME College of Engineering account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct ATME College of Engineering account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the card supplier declines payment the ATME College of Engineering is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will the ATME College of Engineering be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Applicable Terms and Conditions

1. Any type of fee payment i.e., College Fee, Exam Fee, study certificate, any event fee, etc., should be made only through logging into A-IMS.
2. Students shall not pay to any staff or any other person who claims as representative of college either through cash or any other mode.
3. We are withdrawing all other modes like direct cash deposit to our College Account, making payment by scanning the QR Code, direct NEFT, or any other kind.
4. Hence making payment by any other mode will not be considered as fee payment and the amount will not be refunded.
5. While making online payment if the transaction is not successful, minimum waiting time would be at least 15 minutes. A student should wait for 15 minutes before trying to make another payment and also check the status. Refunds will not be given if this is ignored and double payments are made.
6. Students should approach the Fee Section once payment is made and Receipt is reflected in their login. Fee section will issue the Receipt duly signed and it should also include the College seal. Only this receipt is valid.
7. In case of any discrepancies in the fee due reflecting in A-IMS one should approach the Fee Section.
