Parents-Teachers Meeting was organized by the Dean Student affairs office and Department of Physics
jointly for the First-year students of both Physics and Chemistry Cycle on 12th Mar 2022. Around 300
parents participated to know the progress of their ward. The parent-teachers meeting started at 11:30 AM with the invocation by Ms. Kavya L G, 5th Semester Computer Science. Dr. Mahesh Lohith K S, The
dignitaries were welcomed by Dr. Mahesh Lohith K S, HOD, Physics. The principal of ATME College of
Engineering, Dr. Basavaraj L, Presided over the function.

The Principal, Dr. Basavaraj L addressed the august gathering about the college and the infrastructure
provided by the college to students. Dr. Govinde Gowda M S briefed the VTU regulations of the new 21-22 scheme to the parents. Dr. Rathnakar G spoke about the facilities provided to the students in the ATME College of Engineering. The placement officer Dr. Jyothi Patil, Asst Prof, CSE, explained the Career Guidance and Placement programs implemented for the benefit of students in the college. Towards the end the session was kept open for the interaction. The program ended with a Vote of Thanks by Dr. Rathnakar G.
