ATME College of engineering, Bannur Road Mysuru, had organized online quiz and essay competition to the students in view of observing “National Voters Day-2020-21” and to create awareness about electoral process in prospective voters of India, as per the directives of State Chief Election Commission and Visvesvaraya Technological University- Belagavi.

On the occasion, an Online Essay Competition as well as Quiz was organized. The Topic of Essay was “The Importance of Free and Fare Regular Elections in India”. More than 36 students had participated in the event and top 3 students selected were recommended for higher level.

The response for Quiz was overwhelming more than 115 students participating in the event. Top 3 students selected were recommended for district level competition.

The event was coordinated by Mr. Chandrashekar C. Lecturer Department of Basic Science & Humanities, under the guidance of Dr. L. Basavaraj, Principal and Dr. Rathnakar. G. Dean Student Affairs, ATMECE.

The top three students from the district level competition will be eligible to compete at State level. The competition has attractive prizes to the winners.
