ATME College of Engineering has adopted two-dimensional organization structure which refers to the tasks divided, how the workflows, group of people working together to achieve common goals. Top management determines the direction of the organization by defining its purpose, establishing the goals to meet that purpose, and formulating strategies to achieve the goals.
